Brianna Woolsey (Moderator)
Program Manager Workforce Development
Idaho Community Health Center Association
Brianna Woolsey joined the ICHCA team in March 2024 as the Manager of Workforce Development. Her work supports the CHC’s in recruitment, training, and retention. More specifically she oversees the apprenticeship programs, student outreach and provides support and resources for the HR professionals at each of the CHC’s throughout the state. Brianna is excited to bring her collaborative spirit and community-minded approach to ICHCA.
Brianna has over a decade of experience in community and project management. Earning a bachelor’s degree in social science, Brianna has always been interested in building a stronger community. In her previous experience, Brianna has worked for Spark! Strategic Solutions, Idaho Youth Ranch and Ada County Court Services which has led to a diverse knowledge base in behavioral health, workforce development and non-profit project management.
Brianna is an Idaho native and loves spending time outdoors with her family. She remains deeply passionate about driving positive change and empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
