Join us for this year’s virtual Uniform Data System (UDS) training, designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to complete your full UDS report with confidence. To get the most out of this training, we recommend attending both sessions for a comprehensive overview.

Objectives:
- Understand the who, what, when, where, and how of UDS reporting.
- Discuss common reporting errors and tips for success.
- Review key resources and supports available.
Attendees will:
- Gain an understanding of reporting the UDS including: the patient profile, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other required UDS reporting forms.
- Learn about the new requirements included in 2025 reporting.
- Learn tips for success including strategies for submission.
- Receive valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance.

Uniform Data Systems (UDS)
Sarah D. Cruthirds, MS, is a dedicated public health professional with more than 5 years of experience in health center operations and data reporting. As an Associate II at John Snow Inc. (JSI), she plays a pivotal role in the Uniform Data Systems (UDS) project, overseeing the review and analysis of health center annual reports. Her responsibilities at JSI include providing crucial training and technical assistance, alongside data analysis and client reporting to support health centers. Currently, as a Uniform Data Systems Reviewer at JSI, Sarah is responsible for meticulously reviewing health centers' UDS annual reports, ensuring accuracy in clinical, operational, and fiscal data. Her expertise also extends to facilitating training and technical assistance for partners and clients through the HITEQ Center, specializing in social needs data.
