Cassie Trujillo

Speaker, Coach, Facilitator

The Leaderful Life

Cassie has been teaching, coaching, and training individuals and groups for over 20 years across the healthcare, criminal justice, education, and non-profit sectors. She is passionate about developing both emerging and established leaders by creating meaningful opportunities for learning, growth, and practice—whether in formal settings or everyday interactions.

Cassie has a knack for making complex topics approachable and engaging, often weaving in her love for neuroscience and a touch of humor to keep things fun and relatable. Outside of her professional pursuits, Cassie embraces adventure and new challenges. Last year, she learned to play pickleball and completed a 40-mile backpacking journey from Graves Creek to the Oregon Coast.

Her enthusiasm, curiosity, and lighthearted approach inspire those she works with to lead with confidence and authenticity.

Eric Collett

A Mind for All Seasons

Eric is a nationally recognized speaker, consultant and brain health expert, and teaches about brain disorders at the college level. Eric passionately believes that lifelong learning is a key to finding powerful new solutions to significant challenges and has worked since 2000 to change lives through innovative dementia care techniques, brain health research, and leadership strategies. Prior to starting A Mind For All Seasons, Eric worked in traditional assisted living as a program director and executive director for 9 years, then spent almost seven years as the Executive Director of a memory care community where he developed innovative approaches to person-centered care that made a significant difference in how persons living with dementia experience the world. Eric has served on the board of the Idaho Healthcare Association and currently chairs the education committee. As a public speaker and trainer, Eric has delivered keynote addresses, workshops, and breakout sessions at events in 38 of the 50 States. He is known for his unique ability to explain complex topics in engaging and understandable ways. He regularly speaks about topics ranging from dementia and brain science research to leadership and personal development.

Eric graduated summa cum laude from the University of Utah with a degree in interpersonal communication and a minor in psychology. A licensed administrator, he has also spent over two decades receiving advanced training in healthcare management, dementia care, neuroscience, gerontology, and other related topics.

Janet Miller

Program Specialist

Idaho Commission on Aging

Janet Miller is a Program, Planning and Development Specialist with the Idaho Commission on Aging.  Her programs include Transportation, Homemaker, Chore, Consumer Direction, Loneliness, and intergenerational programming.  Janet spent ten years as the Business Development Director for Saltzer Medical Group but has also worked for both profit and non-profit companies serving seniors.  Janet completed her B.B.A. in marketing at Boise State University.  Janet is a founding member of her community health coalition, and a long-time 4H leader.

Megan Hudson

Owner

Team Builder Consulting

Megan Hudson received both her Bachelor and Master degrees in Communication at Boise State University. She has a PHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and is certified as a facilitator for Psychogeometrics©. She is currently working toward a coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation.

Megan has been presenting and training workforce and leadership development topics for the past 25 years within the industries of food processing, high tech manufacturing, healthcare, and with several state and federal government agencies. 

She also participates as a communication/change manager and leadership coach for companies navigating major organizational changes.

Her passion is to help others recognize and effectively utilize their talents within a team. It brings her great joy to help leaders and teams overcome their challenges and become unified and enthusiastic toward fulfilling their purpose.

Dr. Rachelle Strawther

Director of Leadership Training and Development

Gonzaga University

Dr. Rachelle Strawther is the Director of Leadership Training and Development at Gonzaga University’s School of Leadership Studies, where she designs and leads executive programs on emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, innovation, and communication. An engaging speaker and storyteller, Rachelle has presented at organizations such as Boeing, the International Leadership Association, TEDx Kisumu, and the National Association of Sports Officials.

Rachelle holds degrees in Anthropology, Communication and Leadership, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She has taught at both undergraduate and graduate levels and served as President of Gonzaga’s Staff Assembly, representing over 800 employees. Before Gonzaga, Rachelle spent eight years in Kisumu, Kenya, implementing community programs for women and children affected by HIV and leading a youth sports organization. She co-founded the Kalaki Fund, a scholarship program for disadvantaged youth, which she continues to manage.

Known for her authenticity, humility, and humor, Rachelle shares candid reflections on her leadership journey, connecting with audiences ranging from elementary students to corporate engineers. Her leadership philosophy is summed up in the African proverb: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
